Q: What loan program do I qualify for?
To apply for any loan program you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be a resident that permits online loan programs
- Have an active bank account
- Have a regular source of income
- Have a valid contact number and an active email address
Q: What is an Installment Loan?
An Installment loan is an Equal Payment loan product that is repayable within a time term agreement in substantially equal installments, monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or daily, spread out over an agreed period of days. Each installment includes a payment toward your principle loan amount.
Q: How much can I borrow?
The amount of the loan can be determined by the State in which you resided in will allow for our lenders to lend. Each loan program also has different loan amount ranges, i.e. a Single-Pay loan may range from $150 to $700, an Installment Loan amounts ranges between $200 - $1,400, a Personal loan ranges from $1,400 - $35,000. Whether an individual will be approved, and the amount they will be approved for, is dependent on certain qualification criteria. Q: What are the loan fees for the loan programs on EngageLoans?

Q: Will EngageLoans or any of the lenders in your network call my references?
EngageLoans is not a lender or makes decisions on your loan and only collect your references to share with the lender you will be working with.
If the lender you are working with needs to get in touch with you about your account, but their unable to reach you, your references may be contacted. Please ask the lender what information they normally will disclose to your references or employers.
Q: Are credit checks done?
EngageLoans doesn't perform any credit checks.
However most lenders in our network do not perform credit checks with the three (3) major credit reporting agencies. Most lenders do verify your information and do check your credit from other sources.
Q: Will I need to fax or email in any documents?
Some lenders may require some additional documentation, you will be informed at the time of your approval process which other forms you may need to share via email, fax or snail mail.
Q: When do I receive my Installment Loan?
If your approved by one of our loan providers, you will be forwarded to the lenders loan agreement documentation. You will need to agree to the specific loan program terms and conditions which will include your prepayment amount.
Loans are normally direct deposited into your bank account shortly after you have accepted the loan terms. The exact time of the deposit may also depend your banks deposit policy.
* The date and time that funds are deposited into your account is subject to the processing time with your financial institution.
Q: When do I pay back my Installment Loan?
Repayment of your loan will depend on the loan terms you agreed to when signing loan documentation. The loan is repaid through a number of substantially equal scheduled installments. The lender may also have other option to make early or partial principle payments on your loan, check to see if you are allowed to make additional payments at any time with no prepayment penalties.
Q: How do I check my loan status?
EngageLoans isn't a lender and we don't have access to your loan documentation. Please refer to the phone number or email address the lender provided when you signed loan documentation.
Q: Why am I not receiving emails from EngageLoans?
